The Sunset World group would like to advise our members about a company identified as Resort Services–also using the names Royal Sunset Site, Royal Sunset Cancun, and/or Member Support–that has been contacting some of our members with the intention of selling or renting them vacation ownerships by providing them with false information about the services, offers and maintenance fees at Club Sunset.

Sunset World has not provided any company with the authorization to negotiate with our members or guests. We strongly recommend refusing and reporting any kind of offer presented by this company or by any of its affiliates and to verify any information with our Member Support Department.
